Please ensure that you include all setup and clean up time within the amount of time booked. Guests hosting events won’t have the ability to come any earlier than 10 minutes before their reservation start and must be out by the ending time.

You’re more than welcome to bring in any food or drink into the space. We ask that you follow all Oklahoma guidelines when it comes to alcohol in the space and please keep all food and drinks inside the suite. You can view an Oklahoma Alcohol Fact Sheet here.

Yes, you can decorate the space however you see fit. No decor can be attached to the walls with nails, tape, or any strong adhesives. Command strips and command hooks may be used if removed properly.

Yes, you are welcome to move the furniture. We ask that all furniture and decor be moved back to its original location before you leave. Anything taken from the premises or broken will be replaced using the card we have for you on file.
